About the Role

Our leasing consultants play a fundamental role in achieving Motorlease’s ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with prospects and knowledgeable about digital marketing. The goal of the Leasing Consultant is to develop opportunities for the Strategic Business Executives (SBE) to meet with prospects and to assist the SBE in developing custom fleet management solutions for each prospect.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of Motorlease products and services to demonstrate value to prospective customers.
  • Schedule meetings with prospects interested in our services.
  • Develop presentation material and external communications. 
  • Foster meaningful relationships with cold and warm prospects to encourage brand trust and loyalty while moving them down the sales funnel.
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives set by leadership.
  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity as required.
  • Maintain organized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data.
  • Report on prospecting performance metrics during recurring team meetings.
  • Provide feedback on Motorlease marketing and content strategies.
  • Engage with the Motorlease brand via social media channels. 
  • Use social media channels to continually promote Motorlease and your role within the organization to build a prospecting list.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations Manager to develop and implement new policies and procedures.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including comfortability with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). 
  • Experience with CRM, specifically Salesforce, is preferred.
  • Skilled in current, digitally-focused marketing channels & platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Convey urgency to reach pre-determined sales goals and achieve key deliverables.
  • Ability to demonstrate ownership and responsibility.
What Motorlease Offers
  • Salary: $55,000 – $70,000
