Our commitment to professional development is evident through a valuable reimbursement program for employees enrolled in accredited educational programs or professional skills training. If you’ve been with Motorlease for at least 12 months, you’re eligible to receive reimbursement of up to $1,000 per year. Simply submit your paid tuition bill and a description of the course, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Teammates also engage in biweekly 30-minute training sessions, where employees have the opportunity to request topics tailored to their needs and interests. Additionally, we provide access to ADP classes and offer monthly IT training to ensure our team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in their roles and contribute to our collective success.

Paid Time Off
All employees of Motorlease start the calendar year with 20 days of paid time off. This PTO bank increases to 25 days after five years of employment and 30 days after 10 years of employment. New teammates must be employed for 90 days before using paid time off & their days will be prorated the first year.
Retirement Plans

After just one year of employment, our team members gain access to our comprehensive 401(k) retirement plan. With this plan, we offer a generous matching program designed to maximize the retirement savings of our employees. Once eligible, we match 100% on the first 3% of contributions and 50% on the next 2%, providing a valuable opportunity for our team members to build their retirement nest egg with the support of Motorlease.
