For more than 75 years, Motorlease has been a family business. Members of the Leary family have been in leadership positions since the company opened—and they still are today. But you don’t have to be a Leary to be a member of the Motorlease family. In fact, with the average employee tenure being 10 years, most of our non-familial team members have been with us long enough that we now think of them as family too.

Our “One Call, One Answer” team concept ensures that no matter which customer service team member answers a call, the response will be immediate and accurate. Every employee receives training in almost all aspects of the business and can handle about 80% of driver questions or issues, regardless if it’s part of that employee’s formal job description.
