For more than 75 years, Motorlease has been a family business. Members of the Leary family have been in leadership positions since the company opened—and they still are today. But you don’t have to be a Leary to be a member of the Motorlease family.

In fact, with the average employee tenure being 10 years, most of our non-familial team members have been with us long enough that we now think of them as family too.

Our commitment to professional development is evident through a valuable reimbursement program for employees enrolled in accredited educational programs or professional skills training. If you’ve been with Motorlease for at least 12 months, you’re eligible to receive reimbursement of up to $1,000 per year. Simply submit your paid tuition bill and a description of the course, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Teammates also engage in biweekly 30-minute training sessions, where employees have the opportunity to request topics tailored to their needs and interests. Additionally, we provide access to ADP classes and offer monthly IT training to ensure our team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in their roles and contribute to our collective success. We understand the importance of prioritizing the health and well-being of our employees and their families. That’s why we’re proud to offer comprehensive health benefits that go above and beyond. We cover 100% of the premium for individuals and their families, ensuring that our team members have access to quality healthcare without worrying about the financial burden.

Additionally, our health benefits include options like a high deductible health plan with both Health Savings Account (HSA) and Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) options, empowering our employees to make informed choices about their healthcare needs while enjoying the peace of mind that comes with comprehensive coverage. At Motorlease, we believe that investing in the health and happiness of our team members is essential to fostering a thriving and supportive work environment.

All employees of Motorlease start the calendar year with 20 days of paid time off. This PTO bank increases to 25 days after five years of employment and 30 days after 10 years of employment. New teammates must be employed for 90 days before using paid time off & their days will be prorated the first year.

We are committed to supporting our employees in planning for their future and achieving financial security in retirement. After just one year of employment, our team members gain access to our comprehensive 401(k) retirement plan. With this plan, we offer a generous matching program designed to maximize the retirement savings of our employees. Once eligible, we match 100% on the first 3% of contributions and 50% on the next 2%, providing a valuable opportunity for our team members to build their retirement nest egg with the support of Motorlease. We believe that investing in our employees’ long-term financial well-being is key to their success and fulfillment both inside and outside of the workplace.

Accounting Assistant

This opportunity will focus primarily on providing financial, clerical & administrative services to ensure efficient, timely & accurate processing of payable invoices.

Operations Coordinator

This opportunity will focus primarily on delivering superior customer service throughout the order and delivery process by managing order updates, coordinating vehicle deliveries, maintaining paperwork, and collaborating with cross-functional groups.

Part-Time Account Coordinator

This opportunity will focus primarily on providing support to Account Managers and customers by providing exceptional customer service, managing vehicle builds and orders, and handling customer inquiries.

Motorlease has a long and successful history, with a value-driven culture, strong bottom line and a bold vision for the future. Our “One Call, One Answer” team concept ensures that no matter which customer service team member answers a call, the response will be immediate and accurate. Every employee receives training in almost all aspects of the business and can handle about 80% of driver questions or issues, regardless if it’s part of formal job description.
