He fosters collaboration across departments and maintains the high level of service clients expect from Motorlease.

With a background in business development as both a Leasing Consultant and Strategic Business Executive, Gregg understands the entire client journey—from evaluating Motorlease as a fleet partner to ensuring ongoing satisfaction. His passion lies in problem-solving alongside his colleagues and creating meaningful, lasting client relationships.

To Gregg, leadership is guiding, inspiring, and supporting others to achieve a shared vision. He believes in fostering an environment where people feel valued, empowered, and equipped to succeed.
