Jim leads the Operations Team, overseeing manufacturer and dealer relationships, vehicle acquisitions, and remarketing. His expertise in market trends and asset management ensures Motorlease remains at the forefront of the industry. Jim thrives on problem-solving with his team to deliver the best solutions for clients while driving company growth.
His primary role involves managing and maintaining key relationships with manufacturers and dealers, overseeing all acquisitions and deliveries of new vehicles to customers, and remarketing off-lease assets. Jim works closely with the Original Equipment Managers (OEMs) to ensure that new products coming to the market align with customers’ needs while researching market trends and managing the diversification of the vehicle asset portfolio. Additionally, he collaborates with the sales and account teams on current incentives, pricing, and vehicle availability.
He is an active member of the Automotive Remarketing Association (ARA) and the Automotive Fleet Leasing Association (AFLA) and stays updated on the latest industry trends to provide innovative solutions for his clients and the company continuously.
