Kelly Cloud

Kelly leads Motorlease’s Human Resources efforts with a strong focus on supporting the company’s most valuable asset—its people. Having grown through several roles since joining the company, she understands the importance of a positive and engaging workplace. Her hospitality and event planning background has been instrumental in creating meaningful employee experiences that foster a strong, personal company culture.

As a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and HRACC (Human Resource Association of Central CT), Kelly stays actively involved in the HR community and continuously seeks ways to enhance employee well-being. She is passionate about making a difference in her colleagues’ work lives—whether by assisting with benefits, answering questions, or simply being a trusted resource.

To Kelly, inspirational leadership means supporting and encouraging others to reach their full potential. She is proud to be part of Motorlease’s exciting growth, playing a role in shaping a workplace where employees feel valued and empowered.

Outside of work, Kelly is a mom of two teenage boys, an avid golfer, and enjoys hiking with her Goldendoodle, Isla.
