About Natalie Sihpol

Natalie plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and personal experience for Motorlease clients, from onboarding to ongoing account support. With a background in account coordination and customer experience, she helps bridge the transition between Motorlease’s Business Development and Customer Experience Teams. Her expertise in Customer Relationship Management tools allows her to efficiently triage customer and driver inquiries, ensuring smooth interactions and prompt issue resolution.

A dedicated problem-solver, Natalie is passionate about process improvement—continuously refining workflows to enhance the experience for both customers and internal teams. As a Notary Public, she also provides valuable support in account coordination.

Beyond her work at Motorlease, Natalie is deeply involved in her community. She is a current member and past officer of the New Hartford Women’s Club and an officer of the New Hartford Historical Society. Her passion for service has also led her to volunteer with the New Hartford Land Trust, serve as a Girl Scout leader for 13 years, and contribute to her local PTO.

Natalie believes strong leadership means guiding and mentoring team members while trusting them to succeed. She is excited to be part of Motorlease’s continued growth and looks forward to seeing the company expand its reach and impact.
