Motorlease Named one of Hartford Business Journal’s Best Places to Work for 2016 –

Corporation has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Connecticut by the Hartford Business Journal (HBJ) and Best Companies Group. The award program, in its eleventh year, identifies, recognizes, and honors the state’s best employers, on a variety of criteria. Winning companies will be recognized at a special awards ceremony on March 23, 2016, and the rankings will be published in the March issue of HBJ.
The Hartford Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in Connecticut is open to public and privately held companies, both profit and not-for-profit, with 15 or more employees working in the state. To be considered for the award, companies complete a workplace assessment process, in-depth confidential employee survey, and a review of company policies and benefits. Companies then receive aggregated results of their employee surveys, enabling participating companies to assess the survey results and apply findings toward their continuous improvement programs.

The “Best Companies” list includes a total of 40 companies in two categories: 24 small to medium-sized companies (15-199 US employees) and 16 large-sized companies (200 or more US employees). With 25 employees, Motorlease has been named one of 2016’s Best Places to Work in Connecticut in the small to medium category.
