Farmington, Connecticut based Motorlease Corporation was recently named a Connecticut Family Business Award winner by the Hartford Business Journal (HBJ). The award honors companies that had particularly strong successes over the last 12 months: completing expansions, growing in the marketplace, fulfilling major projects and breaking new ground in the local and state business community.
“This is an honor that we are incredibly proud of,” said Beth, Kandrysawtz, CEO and 3rd generation owner of Motorlease. “The industry has certainly changed a lot in the past 70 years, and Motorlease has had to adapt with it. But one thing that has always remained constant is our adherence to the core values instilled by my grandfather and Motorlease founder, Dan Leary Sr. When we say that we’re a family business, we’re not just talking about lineage. At Motorlease, we truly believe that every employee and client is a part of our family, and treat them as such. It’s a mindset that we believe has helped fuel our success over 70 years, and will keep us on track for the next 70. ”
Winning companies were celebrated at an awards banquet on October 17th, and profiled in the Hartford Business Journal.
