Motorlease Corporation has hired Amanda Mainville to the position of Corporate Account Manager, where she will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing long-term relationships with Motorlease clients throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic region. Mainville brings with her over a decade of Business Development and Account Management experience, having previously held positions with ICC Innovative Concepts Corporation, and Sapphire Multinational Group, INC. Mainville comes to Motorlease via the Connecticut-based Untapped Potential, an organization that helps reintegrate top female talent, many of whom who took sabbaticals to focus on raising families, back into the workforce.
“While the fleet management industry as a whole has become less and less service oriented, Motorlease has found great success in staying true to our concierge-style approach,” said Brad Lutz, Vice President. “Our clients aren’t looking to be directed to a website whenever they have a question. They’re looking for a go-to person that they can work with directly. That’s exactly what you get with Amanda. We believe that her years of relationship building experience and expertise make her a natural fit for the position, and we’re excited for our clients to get to know her.”
“One of the things that immediately drew me to Motorlease is their insistence on staying true to their core values and beliefs,” said Amanda. “For a company to thrive like they have for over 70 years, you know that they must be doing something right. I’m incredibly excited to be a part of the team and I look forward to working closely with our valued clients.”
Amanda is based out of the company’s Farmington, CT. headquarters.
