As an Account Coordinator, she triages incoming inquiries, develops a deep understanding of each customer’s operations and lease profile, and ensures questions and requests are addressed quickly and accurately.
With a background in insurance claims and customer service, Cassie brings strong problem-solving skills and a calm, solutions-oriented mindset to every interaction. She collaborates closely with internal teams, engages with the right resources to resolve issues efficiently and provide clear, timely communication. Whether compiling fleet information, generating reports, or responding to day-to-day inquiries, she is focused on delivering a seamless experience.
Cassie is passionate about staying organized, communicating clearly, and being proactive in her approach. She values building strong relationships with her teammates so they can rely on her support, and she works to ensure customers feel heard, understood, and well cared for.
A graduate of the University of Connecticut with a bachelor’s degree, Cassie is excited about Motorlease’s continued growth and the opportunity to build deeper, long-term relationships with customers. As new tools and processes are introduced, she looks forward to helping maintain the company’s high-touch, personal approach while becoming even more efficient and proactive in supporting fleets.
