For over 35 years, Beth Kandrysawtz has been an integral part of the Motorlease operation, propelling the company toward its vision and supporting an environment where both teams and clients flourish.
As CEO, she is responsible for developing the organization’s strategic, financial, and operational plans to ensure alignment with key business objectives. Working closely with the leadership team, Beth identifies areas within the organization that require support and where to optimize internal resources, teams, and processes. Beth’s passion lies in setting Motorlease up for future success by building strong, lasting connections with internal and external shareholders.
For Beth, it’s all about finding “the right fit.” From vendors to employees and clients, she is driven to build a community that “fits” together to accomplish common goals and achieve mutual success.
Having joined the family business in 1985, Beth has held various roles that have developed her analytical, technological, and management skills. Her expertise allows her to skillfully navigate advances in technology, client needs, and the pace of change across the industry.
Beth stepped into her role as CEO in 2015, as the company became 100% woman-owned in the same year. Her visionary leadership helped the company become recognized as one of the Best Places to work for multiple years. Additionally, Beth was named one of the Top Women Fleet Professionals in 2012 by Automotive Fleet.
With service close to her heart, Beth is an active community member, serving on numerous boards and committees throughout her life. Most notably, the Board of Education, Board of Finance, and Board of Selectman of the town of Canton for 15 years.
When she’s not in the office, you’re likely to find Beth by the water. She enjoys spending time with her family, whether on a boat or by the beach.
