As Controller, Justin Mesick wears many hats.
From overseeing the Accounting and Administrative department to managing day-to-day finances, Justin continuously works to improve processes for the organization’s future health. Since joining Motorlease in 2000, he has developed his expertise in the areas of vendor relations, cash management, account reconciliations, credit and financing, technology, data storage, and many other essential functions. As a leader in the organization who is involved with many aspects of the business, Justin provides critical insight and supports the strategic planning process.
Always up for a challenge, Justin enjoys that his role as Controller allows him to flex his critical thinking and problem-solving muscles. Being encouraged to “think outside of the box” and collaborate with others to address unique client needs represent some of his favorite aspects of the work.
To Justin, Motorlease is unlike any other organization.
He appreciates that his opinions are heard and that he isn’t “just another number.” Always thinking ahead, Justin is driven to develop the people around him to ensure everyone is working towards the same goals for the future of the organization.
When he is not at the office, you can expect to find Justin outside, on a golf course or body of water bass fishing. A regular participant in competitive tournaments, Justin enjoys traveling for the sport and visiting his family in California and Virginia.
