As President, Jeff Perkins oversees day-to-day business operations. From residual value forecasting to registration and repairs, he plays an essential part in getting vehicles into drivers’ hands. Jeff joined Motorlease in 2002 in an administrative capacity and quickly advanced to leadership roles in the customer service department and dealer relationship management area. Embracing the “whatever it takes” mindset in everything he does, Jeff enjoys getting creative to tackle challenges that arise for clients and partners.
Across the many operational functions he manages, Jeff’s favorite part of his role is being able to form close relationships with clients, drivers, manufacturers, dealers, and Motorlease team members. Creating and nurturing these relationships allow him to address clients’ needs effortlessly, helping their businesses run more efficiently.
When asked what drives him in his work, the answer is simple: the people.
He contributes much of his success to the personal and professional mentors that have surrounded him during his career and enjoys paying it forward by supporting others in the same way. His “how can I help” philosophy is evident in everything he does to support team members, clients, and partners.
When he is not at the office, you can find Jeff and his family cheering on his children at various sporting events and practices. A proud Wethersfield Little League Board member, he enjoys watching young athletes grow as people through their sport.
